At HUVO, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Since HUVO is a multivendor marketplace, returns and refunds are handled by individual vendors in accordance with this policy.

By purchasing from HUVO, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The product is significantly different from its description
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • To be eligible for a return:
  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be in original condition
  • The item must include original packaging, tags, and accessories

HUVO reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or worn products
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Products damaged by the customer
  • Final sale or clearance items (if specified)

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected by the vendor:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via:

  • Bank transfer
  • UPI
  • Store credit (if applicable)

Return Shipping

Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason:

If the return is due to vendor error (wrong/damaged product):

  • Vendor will bear return shipping cost

If the return is due to customer reason (size, preference, etc.):

  • Customer may bear return shipping cost

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled:

  • Before shipping: Full refund
  • After shipping: Cancellation may not be possible

Customers may request return after delivery if eligible.

Refund Approval

Refunds will be approved only after:

  • Product inspection by vendor
  • Verification of return reason
    HUVO reserves the right to deny refunds if policy conditions are not met.

Processing Time

Refund processing time:

  • Approval time: 2–5 business days
  • Refund transfer time: 5–7 business days

Total time: up to 10 business days

Vendor Responsibility

Each vendor on HUVO is responsible for:

  • Product quality
  • Return handling
  • Refund processing

HUVO acts as a marketplace facilitator and may assist in dispute resolution if needed.

Fraud Prevention

HUVO reserves the right to:

  • Reject fraudulent return requests
  • Suspend accounts abusing return policy
